Cancellation Policy

Please note that there are No Refunds for our services. Should you need to cancel any of our services, you must notify Polly Clinical Services at 832-323-8474 or paugillard@gmail.com within 48 hours of the scheduled services. Prepaid service can be transferred or rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation. If notice of cancellation is not received within 48 hours, you will need to reschedule with the applicable fee.
